1. What are Cookies and Local Storage?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local Storage is a similar technology that allows us to store more data directly in your browser. We primarily use Local Storage to remember your travel preferences and onboarding progress.
2. How We Use Them
- Essential: To maintain your onboarding state and ensure the "onboarding gate" works correctly.
- Functional: To remember your preferred departure airport (IATA code) and travel "vibes" so you don't have to re-enter them.
- Analytics: To track anonymous usage patterns (e.g., via PostHog or GA) to help us improve the search experience.
3. Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and local storage data via their settings. Please note that if you clear your browser data, your FlightHunters preferences (including your home airport) will be reset.
For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
