FlightHunters.io is a discovery and curation platform for flight deals. We find and present travel offers from various sources. Important: We are not an airline, travel agency, or booking platform. We do not sell tickets directly.

2. Eligibility & Use

By using our service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to use FlightHunters.io only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Accuracy & Availability

Flight prices and availability change in real-time. While we strive to present accurate data, we cannot guarantee that a deal will be available at the price shown when you visit a third-party site. We are not responsible for price changes, availability issues, or errors on provider websites.

4. Third-Party Bookings

All bookings are made directly with third-party airlines or travel agencies. FlightHunters.io is not a party to any booking contract. Any issues regarding your flight, cancellations, or refunds must be resolved with the relevant third party.

5. Premium Subscriptions

We may offer premium features ("Pro Hunter"). In MVP/Demo mode, these features may be available for simulation purposes without actual charge. Once live, payments will be processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightHunters.io and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or the unavailability of any flight deals.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to "scrape," "crawl," or "spider" any part of our service. Unauthorized use of our data or infrastructure may lead to suspension of access.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FlightHunters.io (Placeholder Entity) is registered.
